Shipping policy

Delivery Issues

Orders will be made and shipped as soon as possible to you. This will generally be via our local delivery services. For more details please see our delivery page.

If you have issues with a delivery please contact us as soon as possible. If it is with courier service you may have to take it up yourself with your local center as most issues occur locally to the destination. If it is with a courier we can generally try from our end to sort issues for you.

Damage in Transit

Any items damaged in transit must be recorded as 'damaged' on receipt if they are a signed-for delivery.

Once you sign for a parcel as 'ok' the courier will take no responsibility for damage they have caused: for this reason we recommend opening the parcel to check the contents before signing for the shipment. We understand this is not always convenient for a driver: but you are within your rights to do so. Sometimes they will agree to record it as damaged rather than spend the time waiting for you to unwrap it. If you were not able to do this, it may affect our ability to offer a refund for any damage in transit.

You should retain the original packaging so we can see what happened - if we ask you to return the product to us, we will need the original packaging to be included.
